Your Responsibilities

• Engage potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screening
• Conduct follow-ups with leads to sustain enthusiasm and assist throughout the hiring process
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Generate commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and hires stemming from your outreach

Compensation Structure
