Your Responsibilities

• Use our unique platform alongside your existing network to discover potential healthcare candidates
• Initiate contact with prospective candidates to introduce opportunities and gauge their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and recruiters for in-depth screenings
• Keep in touch with leads to sustain interest and facilitate their hiring journey
• Record and maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings planned, interviews conducted, and hires made through your efforts
