Your Role Responsibilities

• Utilize our exclusive platform alongside your network to identify potential healthcare candidates
• Engage with prospective candidates to present MLR's opportunities and gauge their interest
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for more thorough evaluations
• Follow up with leads to keep them engaged and assist them through the hiring journey
• Keep precise and updated records in our application tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the appointments set, interviews conducted, and successful hires stemming from your initiatives

Your Earnings Structure

• Commissions for each qualified meeting you arrange
