• Reach out to potential candidates to introduce MLR's offerings and assess their interest
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and facilitate their hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Receive commission for scheduled meetings, interviews conducted, and successful hires stemming from your leads

Compensation structure:
