Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with prospects to sustain their interest and assist throughout their hiring journey
• Keep detailed and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on the number of meetings scheduled, interviews completed, and successful hires attributed to your leads

Compensation structure:
