Your responsibilities include:

• Identify and source talented healthcare candidates through our innovative platform and your networking skills
• Reach out to potential candidates to introduce the opportunities with MLR and gauge their interest level
• Coordinate meetings between interested candidates and our healthcare recruiters for in-depth discussions
• Maintain communication with leads to sustain their interest throughout the hiring process
• Keep meticulous records in our applicant tracking system to ensure seamless operations
• Earn commission based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and successful hires attributed to your efforts
