What you'll do

Proactively search for potential healthcare candidates using our unique platform alongside your existing network

Engage with candidates to introduce MLR's exciting opportunities and assess their interest

Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for detailed screenings

Provide ongoing support to leads to keep their interest alive throughout the hiring process

Maintain precise and updated information in our applicant tracking system

Earn commissions based on your efforts in scheduling meetings, facilitating interviews, and securing hires from your leads
