• Identify healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform and your own network
• Reach out to promising candidates to present MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our seasoned recruiters for deeper evaluation
• Maintain engagement through consistent follow-ups with leads to guide them in their hiring journey
• Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on your scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires stemming from your leads

Financial Compensation

This is a performance-driven, commission-only role. There is no limit to your earnings and no ceiling to your success.
