Your Responsibilities

* Identify prospective healthcare candidates utilizing our specialized platform alongside your personal network

* Initiate contact with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and gauge their interest level

* Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screening

* Maintain engagement with leads to foster interest and navigate them smoothly through the hiring process

* Keep precise and current records within our applicant management system

* Earn commission derived from scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and placements resulting from your outreach
