Your Responsibilities

* Arrange meetings between candidates and recruiters for in-depth evaluations

* Maintain communication with leads to foster interest and assist in the hiring process

* Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commission based on the scheduled meetings, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads

Qualifications for Success

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-only role driven by performance. This means there's no ceiling on your earning potential - your success is limitless.

Your earnings will be based on the value you create:
