Your Responsibilities

* Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations

* Follow up with leads to nurture interest and facilitate their hiring journey

* Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Receive commission for scheduled meetings, interviews conducted, and successful hires stemming from your leads

Compensation Structure
