Your Role Will Involve

* Identifying potential healthcare candidates using our innovative platform along with your network

* Engaging with prospective candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and gauge their interest

* Arrange appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings

* Follow up with leads to sustain interest and assist in their hiring journey

* Maintain precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and hires derived from your leads

Compensation Structure

This position operates on a performance-based, commission-only structure. This means unlimited earning potential with no limitations on your success.
