Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Indianapolis, IN, United States | req31221 2nd shift (02:00pm - 10:30pm), Monday - Friday What you will enjoy doing* * You will troubleshoot, repair, install, modify, and maintain mechanical equipment & systems in a powder production plant * Further you will support and participate in current and new safety initiatives / policies business needs * You will ensure all equipment documentation is complete and properly processed * Additionally, you will maintain and update necessary documents as they pertain to the maintenance and facilities department * You will communicate equipment repair timelines and document findings in the plant CCMS database * And you will perform preventive maintenance on equipment and plant systems What makes you great * A High School diploma / GED is required * Further you must have three to five (3-5) years Industrial Maintenance experience * You also must have experience reading and understanding electrical schematics; and mechanical blueprints * Basic computer skills in Microsoft Suite are necessary for this role * Experience in any CCMS database is preferred * You are required to work occasional weekend coverage * Training may be required on first shift as necessary Why you will love working with us Linde Advanced Material Technologies, formerly Praxair Surface Technologies, is a company that revolutionizes industries through innovative materials and surface coatings.
