The Concierge will serve as the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a remarkable experience through efficient administrative tasks, greeting, and directing guests, as well as assisting with member needs.**Job Description****Essential Functions:*** **First Point of Contact:** Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, ensuring a positive first and last impression.* **Guest Assistance:** Direct visitors to the appropriate team member and provide any necessary assistance.* **Telephone Support:** Answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, take messages, and relay information to the appropriate departments.* **Reservations:** Assist with court reservation, group fitness reservations and events, ensuring efficient and organized scheduling for members.* **Member Assistance:** Respond to questions regarding ongoing club services, amenities, and events.* **Clubhouse Cleanliness:** Ensure the cleanliness of the Clubhouse, including stocking restrooms daily and general cleanliness of the weightroom, courts, and group fitness center.* **Administrative Support:** Provide assistance with administrative tasks, such as making copies, sending faxes, and managing member requests.* **Lost & Found:** Handle lost and found claims in a timely and organized manner.* **Safety and Security:** Coordinate transportation for members and guests when necessary to ensure their safety.* **Professional Representation:** Represent Loch Lloyd Country Club in a professional manner at all times.* **Other Tasks:** Perform other duties as assigned to enhance the member experience.**Personal Attributes:*** Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.* Friendly, social, and welcoming personality.* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.**Skills and Experience:*** Minimum of a High School Diploma.* Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.* Knowledge of local attractions and ability to assist with related arrangements.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Calendar).**Physical Abilities:*** Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.* Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.* Use of hands for handling objects, tools, or controls.* Ability to speak and hear consistently.* Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.* Ability to work flexible, non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Trident Ventures is a people-first private investment company with a bold mission: to challenge the status quo and reshape industries for the better.We start with different investing in visionary ideas, rethinking traditional approaches, and building companies that leave a lasting mark.
