We are building something special in the heart of Downtown Fort Worth and are seeking passionate culinary professionals to join the opening team of a brand-new upscale modern American restaurant.

Responsibilities
· Develop and execute seasonal modern American menus
· Lead kitchen operations, staffing, training, and culture
· Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
· Manage food cost, inventory, and vendor relationships
· Ensure sanitation and kitchen safety compliance
· Collaborate with ownership on concept development and growth
Qualifications
· Proven leadership in upscale or chef-driven restaurants
· Strong financial and operational knowledge
· Passion for innovation and team development
· Ability to lead in a fast-paced opening environment
Sous Chef
Responsibilities
· Assist Executive Chef with daily operations
· Lead line during service
· Train and mentor kitchen staff
· Maintain prep systems and quality standards
· Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
Qualifications
· 2+ years in a leadership kitchen role
· Experience in upscale dining preferred
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to work nights, weekends, and high-volume services
Line Cooks / Prep Cooks
Responsibilities
· Prepare and execute dishes to specification
· Maintain station cleanliness and organization
· Work efficiently during high-volume service
· Support prep and production needs
Qualifications
· Restaurant kitchen experience preferred
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic
· Desire to grow within a professional kitchen environment
