Your responsibilities will include:Assisting dentists during proceduresPreparing treatment rooms and maintaining an organized clinical environmentTaking dental X-raysManaging impressionsSterilizing instruments and following infection control protocolsSupporting efficient patient and clinical workflowsHelping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visitWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and genuinely enjoys working with patients and a dental team.1–3 years of dental assisting experience preferredRecent dental assisting graduates with strong initiative are encouraged to applyCurrent Connecticut dental assistant certification/registration, as requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPatient-focused with excellent attention to detailAble to manage multiple priorities in a busy practice environmentCompensation & Benefits $25–$29/hour, with room to grow as you develop your skills and take on additional responsibility.
