Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by offering friendly, personalized service and timely follow-ups.
  • Educate customers about the insurance options that best meet their needs using a needs-based approach.
  • Generate new leads, schedule appointments, and actively listen to identify customer needs.
  • Market and recommend appropriate products and services tailored to each customer's unique situation.

Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
