Multi-Line Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Full Time in Baton Rouge - LA About our Agency Our agency opened in April 2016 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, service, and strong relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I participated in the Agent Aspirant program, which helped build a strong foundation for leading and developing a successful team. I’m an LSU graduate, born and raised in Southern Louisiana, and a proud spouse and parent of three. I enjoy sports and staying connected to the local community. We stay actively involved through local schools, the Chamber of Commerce, and various community and vendor events. Responsibilities Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
