We’re hiring an experienced Estimator / Sales Project Manager with a strong background in fire sprinkler systems to manage projects from estimate through closeout.

Fire sprinkler estimating & PM experience is REQUIRED.

What You’ll Do:
Estimate and manage fire sprinkler installations

Review drawings, contracts, specs, and change orders

Perform hydraulic, pipe sizing, hydrant, and seismic calculations

Coordinate with GC’s, field, and design teams

Track budgets, labor, materials, RFIs, and change orders

Manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules and profitability

What We’re Looking For:
Proven fire sprinkler estimating & project management experience

Strong knowledge of fire protection drawings and construction documents

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit experience is a plus

Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills

Requirements:
Fire sprinkler estimating & project management experience

Knowledge of fire protection systems and construction drawings

Ability to review plans, specs, and contracts

AutoCAD/Revit experience is a plus

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
