Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information 1+ year of customer service experience Although not required, 1+ years of call center experience is preferred ! Each ring presents an opportunity, and with exceptional phone skills, you effortlessly build rapport, listening attentively to concerns and creating a sense of trust. As you schedule appointments for clients and dispatch technicians, you enjoy the collaborative spirit of your team, each member contributing to a seamless experience. Following established processes with precision, you document and process customer requests, ensuring every detail is handled accurately.
