Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments

• Respond to customer questions by phone and email

• Update customer and service information in internal systems

• Follow up on open requests and pending appointments

• Coordinate schedules with internal teams

• Maintain accurate notes and service records

• Help resolve routine scheduling or service issues

• Provide customers with timely status updates

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Good organization and attention to detail

• Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems

• Professional and dependable

• Previous customer service, scheduling, or office support experience is preferred
