About the Role:

Heart Vascular And Vein Care Clinic in Columbus, GA is looking for a dynamic and driven Physician Liaison to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to serve as the vital connection between our specialty clinic and the referring physician community, helping more patients access exceptional cardiovascular and vein care.

Responsibilities:

• Visit physician offices daily to build and maintain referral relationships.
• Educate providers and staff on HVVC services and referral criteria. 
• Develop new referral sources, especially in primary care, podiatry, endocrinology, wound care, nephrology, vascular surgery, and hospital systems. 
• Coordinate lunch-and-learn presentations and educational events. 
• Follow up with referring offices to ensure excellent communication and patient access. 
• Represent HVVC at community events and professional networking opportunities. 
• Track referral trends and identify opportunities for growth. 
• Work closely with Dr. Taka and leadership to develop outreach strategies. 
• Assist with marketing materials, newsletters, and referral campaigns as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in physician relations, healthcare sales, or medical marketing strongly preferred
• Familiarity with cardiovascular, vascular, or vein specialty services 
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, polished demeanor
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular travel throughout the service area
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in healthcare/marketing
