As a Senior Solutions Engineer at LaunchDarkly, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical discovery and architecture design during the pre-sales lifecycle. Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, you will craft compelling technical value propositions and deliver impactful demonstrations tailored to both C-level and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive technical discovery, architecture design, and PoC implementation throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
- Partner with sales teams to deliver high-impact demonstrations and proposals.
- Cultivate trust with customers, identifying technical champions.
- Liaise with internal teams to relay customer feedback and influence product roadmap.
- Lead cross-regional technical initiatives and mentor junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or systems architecture.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of security frameworks (PII, PCI, HIPAA) is a bonus.
