Role Description
Stiamo cercando un/una Senior Solution Architect con forte esperienza nella progettazione di architetture enterprise e sistemi integrati, capace di trasformare esigenze di business in soluzioni tecnologiche scalabili, innovative e sostenibili.
- Sviluppare architetture tecniche e funzionali considerando gli impatti su stakeholder, strutture organizzative e obiettivi di business.
- Documentare e rappresentare l’architettura della soluzione verso tutti gli attori coinvolti nel progetto.
- Identificare, analizzare e documentare aree di miglioramento sia all’interno del progetto sia nei processi e nelle strutture aziendali del cliente.
- Valutare e mitigare i rischi associati all’architettura della soluzione, garantendone il corretto tracciamento attraverso il risk register.
- Supportare le fasi di analisi e definizione delle proposte progettuali (RFP, RFI, RFQ), collaborando con i team coinvolti per assicurare l’allineamento tra le esigenze del cliente e la value proposition aziendale.
- Garantire che le soluzioni progettate siano sostenibili e realizzabili in termini di costi, tempi e competenze tecniche disponibili.
- Facilitare la gestione delle relazioni tra stakeholder di progetto e team interni, promuovendo la collaborazione e la risoluzione dei conflitti.
- Coordinare e guidare meeting tecnici e funzionali di progetto.
- Promuovere la crescita tecnica del team attraverso sessioni formative interne, knowledge sharing e sviluppo continuo delle competenze.
Qualifications
- Architecture & Design: UML, design pattern e architecture pattern; Enterprise e solution architecture; scalabilità, resilienza e high availability.
- Integration Systems: Integration & cloud pattern; MQ, Kafka; API e sistemi event-driven.
- Infrastructure & Operations: Disaster Recovery; Fault Tolerance; Scalability & Business Continuity.
- Consulting & Methodologies: Software & Package Selection; Supporto a RFP/RFI; Analisi e valutazione soluzioni.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Stakeholder management; Team coordination; Training e knowledge sharing.
