This is a newly created role focused on establishing and governing scalable processes, frameworks, and standards to enhance consistency and oversight across a complex, global operating environment.This role combines strategic program development with hands-on execution. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in shaping and managing global processes, including policy development, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment, this individual will bring structure to ambiguity, drive change across a matrixed organization, and partner closely with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, and business teams.The position requires strong program and project management capabilities, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable guidance.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Strategy & DevelopmentSupport the growth and evolution of BCGs global commercial advisory compliance program, establishing scalable frameworks and standards aligned with organizational prioritiesIdentify gaps in existing processes and develop structured, practical solutions to enhance effectiveness and consistencyDrive continuous improvement of program components to ensure they remain fit-for-purpose in a dynamic environmentGovernance, Policy & Process ManagementLead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of policies, standards, and playbooks supporting global compliance processesDesign and document end-to-end processes, ensuring clarity, usability, and alignment across regions and teamsEstablish governance structures and oversight mechanisms to support effective program executionEnsure processes are scalable, well-controlled, and aligned with internal policies and external expectationsProgram Implementation & ExecutionDrive the implementation of new processes and frameworks across the organization, ensuring smooth integration into existing workflowsDevelop tools, templates, and supporting materials to enable consistent executionMonitor adoption and effectiveness of processes, identifying opportunities for refinement and enhancementBalance strategic objectives with hands-on execution to deliver tangible outcomesStakeholder Management & CommunicationPartner closely with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, and business functions to align on priorities and drive executionAct as a trusted advisor on compliance risk and process-related mattersEngage and influence senior stakeholders, including executive audiences, to support decision-making and adoptionTranslate complex or technical concepts into clear, concise, and actionable communicationsChange ManagementLead change management efforts associated with new and evolving processes, ensuring effective adoption across a global organizationDevelop and execute communication strategies to socialize changes and build stakeholder buy-inSupport training and enablement initiatives to embed new ways of workingNavigate organizational complexity and resistance, adapting approaches as neededProject & Program ManagementManage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveryEstablish and track project plans, milestones, and dependencies across initiativesBring structure and discipline to ambiguous problem spaces, driving clarity and progressAdapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWhat You'll BringExperience7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or related fieldsDemonstrated experience designing and implementing processes, programs, or governance frameworks in complex organizationsStrong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in global, matrixed environmentsExperience operating in roles requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on executionProfessional services or similarly dynamic environment experience preferredSkillsExceptional program and project management capabilities with strong attention to detail and execution disciplineStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior and executive audiencesOutstanding communication skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex concepts clearly and effectivelyStrong problem-solving and structured thinking abilitiesHigh degree of adaptability and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environmentsPolished, professional presence with strong judgment and credibilitySelf-starter with the ability to take ownership, define direction, and drive outcomes independentlyAdditional info*** For US locations only ***In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $141,000-$164,500.This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range.
