Reviews employment applications and prescreens applicants to evaluate work history, skills, education, training, reference checks and compensation needs and other qualifications. Verifies I-9 documentation and enters HRIS. Supports the appropriate selection of candidates working in tandem with business partners on hiring the most qualified while giving the preference to qualified enrolled members of Quapaw, CCS, Native Americans, and Veteran’s. Informs applicants of job duties and responsibilities Responsible for securing all personnel files and completing appropriate maintenance of all personnel records. Coordinate and maintain all Employee Tracking in HRIS such as entering new hires and transfers (full working knowledge of DCR HR Information System Kronos). Assist with the QNGA, Wardrobe, and Benefits Manager on the notification of any new hires, transfers, etc. Learn, understand, and apply all Tribal, Federal, and State Regulations applicable to HR. Data input applications when appropriate and necessary. Files employment applications and other personnel information per department. New Hire forms completion, signing of conditional offer letters, issuing ID Badges, and answering general HR related questions. Participates in form completion during the New Hire Orientation process. Performs duties of the HR Assistant when needed. Supports in Job Fairs and other employment recruitment events. Work with hiring managers to design appropriate job-related questions, serves as a liaison to Supervisors and Managers on the “appropriateness” of the selection process. Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner always while maintaining a professional work environment with supervisors and staff. Post all vacant positions and supports Lead Recruiter. Attend all necessary training meetings and assist in other projects, as directed. Assist in other duties and projects as assigned. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies. Qualifications Education Required High School or better.
