You'll team up with the Regional Operations Director to shape business plans for new programs and other strategic moves across our clinics. You love building better systems. Messy process? You're the one who fixes it. You'll create policies and procedures that keep things running efficiently and support continuous quality improvement. What You'll Actually Do Hire, train, and guide your patient services team and supervisors Set staffing levels based on patient needs, workflow, and clinical demands Spot and de-escalate patient concerns before they become bigger problems Partner with Quality and Compliance to keep the clinic aligned with state and federal requirements Keep patient flow and care coordination running smoothly Set KPIs for customer service and model what excellent patient care looks like Manage outside agency inspections and help navigate audits or corrective plans (CARF, OBHL, RHBA, state, DEA, fire, and alarm) Work with your Clinical Coordinator on grievances, appeals, and complaints from clients or oversight agencies Requirements What You'll Need High school diploma required 2+ years in behavioral health or health services preferred Prior supervisory experience or experience leading a team — required Notice to Wisconsin Employees All new hires must provide proof of MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and Varicella (Chickenpox) vaccinations, and should have a current flu vaccine or be willing to get one.
