Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Accounts Payable Technician will be responsible for various functions dealing with Accounts Payable for the corporate operation. This position requires that the employee perform all essential duties as assigned which shall include the following:

1. Reviews incoming mail for accounts payables.
2. Matches invoices with receiving reports as needed.
3. Does data entry on expense and trade items.
4. Runs reports and pulls invoices for accounts payable checks to be issued and mailed.
5. Puts check numbers on invoices and mails or forwards.
6. Files invoices.
7. Good organizational and computer skills.
8. Helps with month ending balance of the accounts.
9. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this job.
10. Work overtime, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
