Platinum NY Behavioral Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Intervention Specialist (CFTSS Provider) to support a young child in a community-based setting in Brooklyn, NY . This is a highly rewarding opportunity to work one-on-one with a 3-year-old child who is non-verbal and needs support with communication, social engagement, and early developmental skills.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver CFTSS services in a community-based environment

• Support development of speech, communication, and social interaction skills

• Implement structured, play-based, and developmentally appropriate interventions

• Use a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach

• Collaborate closely with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members

• Track progress and provide timely documentation and updates

• Build a supportive, engaging, and consistent therapeutic environment

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Human Services, or related field

• Experience working with young children (ages 2–5)

• Experience supporting children with speech delays or non-verbal communication

• Familiarity with CFTSS or early intervention services preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a community-based setting

• Reliable daytime availability
