Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.96 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security‑related procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access at the front desk by checking identification, validating visitor information, issuing visitor badges, and/or documenting arrivals and departures in accordance with location policies. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts, supervisors, and/or first responders when appropriate. Support a professional front desk presence by answering questions, providing directions, assisting with sign‑in processes, and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns. Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation related to front desk activity, access control, and/or security‑related incidents within a healthcare location. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
