Medical Assistant In Training (MA-T) RoleThis paid apprenticeship offers a direct pathway into a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) career—no previous MA experience required. Over the course of 7–8 months, you'll receive:On-the-job clinical training through rotationsClassroom instruction and continuing educationFour hours of paid study time each weekSupport and mentorship from experienced professionalsParticipants will complete rotations at St. Luke's clinics in the Wood River area, so transportation and schedule flexibility are essential.Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be eligible to sit for a national certification exam and transition into a full-time CMA role at St. Luke's.
