Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

POSITION OVERVIEW

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to manage caregiver schedules and help ensure our clients receive consistent, reliable care.

This is a fast-paced, essential role requiring strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate caregiver schedules based on client needs and staff availability
• Manage real-time schedule changes and communicate updates promptly
• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records, including availability and assignments
• Enter new client and employee information into internal systems
• Track and update employee attendance
• Review schedules for payroll and billing accuracy
• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks as needed
• Work closely with caregivers and office staff to help maintain continuity of care

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High-volume scheduling experience required
• Home care scheduling experience strongly preferred
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with scheduling software and standard office equipment
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Previous caregiving or home care experience is a plus - your firsthand understanding of caregiving can make a real difference in this role.
