The practice covers insurance defense litigation, coverage opinions, subrogation, and first- and third-party disputes. The team is known for its collaborative culture, client-focused representation, and deep roots in the insurance industry. Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with approximately 5 years of practice within insurance defense. The ideal candidate will have broad experience across general insurance litigation matters. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse docket of insurance defense cases from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and manage depositions and hearings. Analyze coverage issues, policy language, and claim disputes. Communicate with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel with professionalism and clarity. Contribute to team goals while maintaining strong individual performance. Why join us? Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary in the $140,000 – $170,000 range, depending on experience. Annual bonuses plus 10% origination bonus on all originated cases (whether or not you work them). No set minimum billable requirement but the average is 140-160 hours/month.
