ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 1998 and currently lead an experienced team of nine. Before becoming an agent, I worked in State Farm Claims and as a company trainer, giving me a strong foundation in both customer service and professional development. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University and my master’s degree from Western Illinois University. Outside of work, I’m a proud parent of two and enjoy traveling and staying active through exercise. Staying connected to our community is important to us. I’m involved with the Chamber of Commerce and the Arlington Heights Noon Rotary Club, and our agency regularly participates in local events and opportunities to support the community we’ve served for many years. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
