Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing evaluations and therapy interventions to patients in a long-term acute care hospital setting. The role requires a compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluation results.
• Provide therapy interventions to help patients improve their physical abilities.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Applicants must possess a valid Physical Therapist license for the state of Florida. Prior experience in a long-term acute care setting is preferred but not required.
