Lead Custodian

Job Summary LB&B Associates, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Lead Custodian to provide operations and maintenance services located at the Brookhaven IRS Facility, Holtsville, NY. Contract Award Contingency This position is contingent upon contract award. Work Schedule / Shifts Saturday through Wednesday: 6:00‑2:30 am, 2:00‑10:30 pm, and 10:00 pm‑6:30 am. Responsibilities Perform general office cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and removing trash/recycling from office areas. Clean and sanitize office spaces, break rooms, and restrooms. Manage floor care operations, including hard surface floor care, carpet and vinyl/tiling treatment, and all‑purpose cleaning. Perform stripping, waxing, and buffing of floors. Qualifications At least 1 year of related custodial lead experience. Minimum 2 years experience in general commercial or government building cleaning, including sanitizing. Hard surface floor care experience preferred but not required. Floor care skills including carpet, vinyl/tiling treatment, and all‑purpose cleaning.
