Shipping Coordinator

Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting shipping and receiving operations, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring products are prepared and loaded for shipment.

Responsibilities

Perform basic computer work and data entry.

Create shipping labels, customer invoices, and Advance Ship Notices (ASNs).

Communicate with suppliers to place orders and receive incoming products.

Read and verify packing slips for accuracy.

Operate a forklift to move materials and load trucks.

Create manual shipping documentation as needed.

Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.

Follow all applicable safety and workplace procedures.

Qualifications

Basic computer and data-entry skills.

Ability to learn shipping documentation and labeling processes.

Ability to read and verify packing slips and other shipping documents.

Forklift experience or the ability to become certified.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
