Recruiter

Compensation: $23 - 26 /hour, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Recruiter to join their team! This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented recruiting professional who enjoys managing a steady pipeline and keeping processes moving. In this contract role, you’ll support hiring efforts for multiple open positions while helping create a smooth and efficient candidate experience. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Manage recruiting activity across multiple open requisitions Coordinate and support hiring workflows from start to finish Review candidate information for role alignment Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate records and hiring documentation Support scheduling and follow-up tasks as needed Partner with internal stakeholders to move roles forward Handle high-volume, detail-focused administrative recruiting work Required Qualifications & Experience: Experience supporting recruiting or hiring processes Strong attention to detail and process accuracy Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once Comfort working in a fast-paced, task-driven environment Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to handle repetitive work with consistency Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience supporting high-volume recruiting Familiarity with applicant tracking systems Experience working with government or public-sector hiring 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary, Short-term and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit Other Information: Contract role estimated at six months, with potential to extend to a year Onsite position with no remote flexibility Supports 7 to 20 requisitions at a time Focus is on FTE roles only Work requires strong organization and process discipline We are Inceed, a staffing direct placement firm who believes in the possibility of something better.
