The Job: Scheduling Coordinator

We are currently seeking an entry-level Scheduling Coordinator to support a healthcare organization focused on delivering a positive client experience. What You Will Be Doing as a Scheduling Coordinator:

• Coordinate appointments, schedules, and client communication
• Provide friendly, professional customer service through phone and email interactions
• Answer questions and provide updates regarding appointments and services
• Maintain accurate records and update scheduling information within internal systems
• Support documentation, billing coordination, and administrative processes
• Follow up with clients to ensure scheduling needs and requests are addressed
• Communicate with internal teams to help resolve scheduling conflicts or service concerns
• Help maintain an organized and efficient scheduling process throughout daily operations
