We're looking for a dependable Certified HVAC Service Pro who takes pride in quality work and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Compensation

• $30.00 - $42.00 per hour , based on experience
• Performance bonuses and spiffs
• Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus (for the right candidate)

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some weekends and overtime during peak seasons)

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems to high standards
• Provide honest repair vs. replacement recommendations
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every job
• Keep job sites clean and represent the company professionally
• Work efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
• Strong troubleshooting skills across various HVAC systems
• Experience making repair vs. replace decisions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to take ownership and show leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Universal EPA Certification
• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Knowledge of air balancing techniques
• Experience with Service Titan (a plus)
• Own set of professional tools
