Our Client is seeking a motivated professional to work as a Residential Aide in the Hollywood, MD area. Hours: ALL Shift Available! SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY Residential Aide will provide supportive services for adults currently receiving Transitional Living Services; duties assigned by Coordinator of Community Support Services. Document all activities specific to shift or service activity. Fill in as assigned for any aide level position in Residential services; duties assigned by the Shift Supervisor. Will be required to provide services in a variety of locations (residential shelters, detention, day/community services or child's home) Must be prepared to provide direct care as well as supportive services as required. Ensures compliance with safe work practices and maintains safe environment in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations and generally accepted practices. Must be experienced in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or behavioral issues. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE HS Diploma or GED Background Check Valid Driver's License required and DMV ADVANTAGES Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health. Payments processed weekly. Increase or decrease your schedule at your discretion: choose opportunities that best fit your schedule. Ability to grow professionally.
