Our kitchen plays a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, serving up fresh, flavorful dishes that reflect the coastal charm of our community. What You’ll Be Doing As a Line Cook, you’ll be an essential part of our culinary team, ensuring every dish is prepared to perfection. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Assisting with food preparation and inventory management. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: 1 year of experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role. A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
