What You’ll Do As a Server at The Surf Shack, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional service during their stay. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel at home. Taking and serving food and beverage orders promptly and accurately. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas. Collaborating with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service. Handling guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a smile. Upholding our high standards of hospitality and service at all times. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a serving or similar hospitality role. A friendly, approachable demeanor and excellent communication skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
