As an Applebee’s Host/Server Assistant, you will greet our guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile. You will assist our servers in providing exceptional guest service and maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurant. Responsibilities Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile. Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service. Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old. Ability to effectively communicate with others. Physical Standards Remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours. Safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff. Transport plates, glasses and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen. Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings/masks, and disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift. Wash hands with disinfecting soap frequently during shift.
