Looking for a dynamic, fast-paced role where you can bring your energy and passion for hospitality to life? The Surf Shack in Narragansett, RI, is searching for a dedicated Server to join our team. If you thrive in a welcoming, seaside environment and love creating memorable experiences for guests, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Server at The Surf Shack, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional service during their stay. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel at home.
• Taking and serving food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Handling guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a smile.
• Upholding our high standards of hospitality and service at all times.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a serving or similar hospitality role.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Availability to start immediately .
