Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce administration, Salesforce systems analysis, CRM administration, business systems analysis, application support, or a related technology role.
• Substantial hands-on experience administering and configuring Salesforce in a professional business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to configure Salesforce users, permissions, workflows, automation, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and data management functionality.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate functional requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, relationships, data integrity, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience troubleshooting Salesforce issues and supporting users with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Strong technical documentation, testing, implementation, and change-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification, Salesforce Certified AI Associate credential, and Salesforce Platform App Builder certification are highly important to our selection process.
• Proficiency with HTML.
• Multiple Salesforce certifications and demonstrated ability to apply those skills in a business setting are especially attractive.
• Salesforce integration, API, data exchange, or third-party application experience is highly desirable.
• Preferred experience supporting Salesforce in financial services, wealth management, financial planning, or an RIA environment.
• Familiarity with financial planning and wealth-management platforms such as eMoney, Tamarac, or Gateway is preferred.
• Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, data exchange, and integration concepts is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, endpoint management, or related identity and device-management technologies is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with MSPs, software vendors, developers, consultants, and other external technology partners is preferred.
• Experience identifying practical uses for AI to improve business workflows and employee productivity is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associates or bachelors degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience and demonstrated technical expertise may be considered in place of a college degree.

• Lead Salesforce administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing platform improvement as our senior internal resource.
• Manage Salesforce users, profiles, permissions, configurations, workflows, automation, dashboards, reports, and other platform features.
• Analyze business requirements and processes, then develop practical Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency and user productivity.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and determine how Salesforce can better support organizational objectives.
• Develop, modify, test, and maintain Salesforce automation, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and related functionality.
• Monitor Salesforce data quality and integrity and establish practices that support accurate, consistent information.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and handle escalations involving users, configurations, workflows, and applications.
• Evaluate Salesforce functionality and recommend enhancements, features, process improvements, or other technology solutions.
• Support Salesforce integrations with business applications and collaborate with external developers, vendors, consultants, and technology partners on implementation and troubleshooting.
• Participate in the design, testing, deployment, and documentation of Salesforce enhancements, upgrades, new functionality, and system changes.
• Maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, processes, integrations, troubleshooting procedures, and system changes.
• Support user onboarding, training, documentation, and ongoing assistance to help employees use Salesforce effectively.
• Monitor access, security settings, permissions, and other controls to help maintain an appropriate Salesforce security environment.
• Work with leadership and business teams to prioritize Salesforce initiatives and enhancements based on business value.
• Keep up with Salesforce capabilities, emerging features, AI developments, and other technologies that may benefit our organization.
• Help identify and implement practical AI-enabled solutions in Salesforce and other business processes.
• Provide support as needed for Microsoft 365, Windows workstations, user access, connectivity, and other general technology issues.
• Collaborate with managed service providers, software vendors, developers, and other technology partners to resolve issues and support business technology initiatives.
