US_Scientist I (R&D)

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Scientist I for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Cambridge, MA. Details for the position are as follows: Job Description Pay Rate is up to $36.00 Per Hour 6 Month Contract Develop, optimize, and execute chromatographic methods using SFC. Perform sample analysis using HPLC/UHPLC, SFC, UV, LC-MS/MS, and related analytical techniques. Design, execute, document, and interpret laboratory experiments. Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and maintain accurate laboratory documentation. Participate in scientific discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field. Hands-on experience with HPLC/UHPLC and SFC systems (SFC experience is REQUIRED) Understanding of liquid chromatography (LC) separation principles. Experience with analytical method development for pharmaceutical small molecules is preferred. Familiarity with UV and LC-MS instrumentation. Strong laboratory skills (pipetting, solution preparation, centrifugation, etc.). Excellent documentation, data analysis, and communication skills.
