LPN/Nurse Manager $35-$40 7pm-7pm (Full-Time)

Position: Wellness Nurse Manager Position Type: Full Time Responsibilities Serve as a Superior Supervisor, leading the building and supporting the Wellness team and other departments to provide reliable, person‑centered care. Demonstrate leadership on the floor, helping with call lights and resident requests to prioritize residents’ needs. Ensure accurate, timely documentation of resident assessments, medical records and internal documents. Provide compassionate caregiving, exemplifying Arrow’s core values and ensuring residents feel safe and cared for. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within state of employment. Direct hands‑on nursing care, including medication passes as needed. Knowledge of current care standards, regulations, medication regulation and law. Understanding of care and supervision appropriate to residents, including memory‑impaired residents (preferred). Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems (preferred). Proficient in English communication. Positive, energetic attitude toward residents. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds, perform two‑person transfers and assist residents with sitting, standing, walking and fall recovery. Criminal clearance.
