A skilled nursing facility in Far Rockaway is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to oversee nursing schedules and staffing operations within the building. This role is responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing coverage, coordinating schedules, managing call‑outs, and supporting daily workforce operations.
