Principal Associate, Enterprise Learning Risk Management Lead

Responsibilities Drive process optimization and well‑managed delivery for the risk management function Orchestrate strategic and tactical operations through partnership with HR’s Business Risk Office and L&D team members Ensure proactive risk mitigation for the L&D organization Support creation and maintenance of key artifacts including controls, Business Continuity Plans, L2 Memos and process documents Serve as the L&D team’s lead point of contact to HR’s Business Risk Office Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or military experience At least 3 years of experience in project, process, or quality management At least 1 year of experience in risk management, audit, compliance or consulting 1+ years of Risk Event management or Issue Management experience (Preferred) 3+ years of experience in management of multiple projects concurrently in an autonomous environment (Preferred)

1. years of risk methodologies and corporate risk practices experience (Preferred)
2. years of operations management or risk management experience (Preferred)
